Paw Stamps help
Answers for parents. If yours isn't here, write to hello@snowbreak.app.
How do stamps and rewards work?
When your kid does something great, open the give-stamp screen, enter your parent code and give one stamp or several at once. A red paw lands on their card. Stamps add up toward rewards you set, and when there are enough, you redeem the reward behind the parent code. On the free plan a card holds 5 stamps; with Paw Stamps Plus cards hold 10, and kids can save up across many cards for bigger goals. You can fix a mistake at any time.
How do I set up rewards?
Tap the gear and enter your parent code. In the rewards list, add one from the ready-made ideas or choose “My own…”, then pick an emoji and how many stamps it costs. The free plan holds 2 rewards per kid; Paw Stamps Plus allows unlimited rewards.
I forgot my parent code.
On the code pad, tap “Forgot the code?”. iOS asks you to confirm you own the device with Face ID, Touch ID or the device passcode, and then you choose a new code. The app only learns whether that check succeeded. Codes are 4 digits, and 1234 isn't allowed. If you still use the old default code from version 1.0, the app asks you to pick a new one the next time you enter it.
What does Paw Stamps Plus add?
Paw Stamps is free to start with one kid, two rewards and cards that hold 5 stamps. The optional Paw Stamps Plus subscription adds:
- full 10-stamp cards, and saving up across many cards;
- unlimited rewards;
- the Log Book, a day-by-day diary of every stamp and treat;
- a profile for every kid, each with their own stamps, rewards, book and theme;
- three bonus themes: Ocean, Lemon and Lavender.
Plus is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription charged to your Apple ID. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The app shows the price for your country before you subscribe. To see it, tap the gear, enter your parent code, tap Get Plus and answer the grown-ups question. Kids only ever see a lock, with no sales message.
How do I manage or cancel Plus?
Apple handles the subscription. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Paw Stamps. You can also reach it from the Plus screen in the app, after the grown-ups question. Plus renews unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Deleting the app or resetting it does not cancel the subscription.
What happens if Plus ends?
Nothing your family already has is taken away. Stamps you've saved stay and can be spent, existing rewards stay, extra kids stay saved behind a lock, and a bonus theme you picked stays. The free limits only stop new additions.
Can I move to a new device?
To get Plus on another iPhone or iPad, open the Plus screen there and restore your purchase. Stamps, rewards and history live only on the device where you entered them, so they don't sync between devices.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad with iOS 15 or later. Paw Stamps is available on the App Store in the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan and Korea. The app itself is in English, Korean, Japanese, Spanish and Simplified Chinese.
How do I erase everything?
Tap the gear, enter your parent code and choose “Reset everything”. This removes all profiles, stamps, rewards and history and resets parent settings and the code. Deleting the app also deletes all of its data. Neither one cancels Paw Stamps Plus.
