About

A quiet way to keep remembering them.

Evertails is a memory companion for people who have lost a pet. You share a few photos and tell it about them, and a small animated companion that looks like them settles in. It lives on its own clock: it naps, eats at the times they used to, and greets you the way they always did.

There's nothing to keep up with. Your companion never asks you for anything. Evertails never sends reminders or guilt-inducing notifications, and any notifications would stay off unless you turn them on. Its settings also point to pet-loss support, if you'd like someone to talk to.

Whenever you're ready, you can let them rest. In this gentle memorial view they sleep peacefully and ask for nothing. Nothing is lost, and you can wake them whenever you like.

How it works

Choose a few photos of them that you love. They help shape how your companion looks.

2. Ten questions

Answer ten questions about their look, their daily routine and the little things only they did.

3. Their own day

Your companion naps, eats at their usual times and greets you the way they used to, all on its own clock.

Privacy

Photos of a pet you've lost are precious. Here is how Evertails looks after them.

Your photos: Stored privately.
Location: Removed on your device before a photo is uploaded.
AI: Used once, at setup, to create your companion's look. After that, your companion runs in your browser.
Privacy policy: We'll publish a full privacy policy before anyone uploads photos.
